Corio Bay Cricket Blast — 2026/2027 Season

Corio Bay Sports Club is excited to announce the development of our new junior cricket program for the 2026/2027 season — part of our long-term vision to grow grassroots cricket in the northern suburbs of Geelong.

The Corio Bay Cricket Blast program will be an entry-level, skills-based introduction to cricket for children aged up to 10 years, designed to make learning the game fun, inclusive, and active.

Through game-based sessions led by our senior players and supported by our junior mentors, children will learn the fundamentals of batting, bowling, fielding, and teamwork in a positive, community-focused environment.

The program will help kids:

• Build confidence and a love for sport
  
  

• Develop fundamental cricket skills
  
  

• Learn about teamwork, respect, and fair play
  
  

• Connect with new friends and the wider Cobra community
  
  

This initiative forms part of our commitment to creating junior pathways from entry-level participation right through to senior competition, ensuring every child has the opportunity to play, learn, and grow at Corio Bay.
